No, you cannot use the photocopier after hours.

During LKC business hours, a code is required to use the photocopier. Staff will enter the code.

Printing and scanning do not need a code.

Please note: the LKC printer is available during Christmas-New Year and other public holiday closures. We ask that you take care if loading paper (only if trays are empty) or clearing paper jams.

In the event of paper jams or error messages, follow the instructions on the copier window (front panel). If you can not clear paper jams, DO NOT use force to open / shut copier trays or doors. During business hours, ask LKC staff to assist with errors or jams.

Please consider using photocopying / printing equipment elsewhere in the Hospital if the LKC copier / printer is jammed during our closures. LKC staff will not be available to fix photocopier jams during our scheduled closures.

If you are printing large amounts, please bring your own paper. Personal use is limited and charges apply.
