Yes. The 8 LKC (Library) computers are connected to a multi-function copier / printer. The printer will only print documents in black and white; if a document is sent with colour settings selected, nothing will happen.

The copier has scanning function (ie scanning documents as PDFs and sent via email). To use this function, press 'Scanner' and then press 'Manual entry' to enter an email address.

Colour photocopying or printing requires approval and payment for personal use. Please ask Library staff to organise colour printing or copying.

For work purposes, there is no charge for printing and copying small amounts. Where clients need to print large documents (eg greater than 10 pages), they are asked to supply their own paper.

For personal use or when printing or copying large volumes (ie 10 pages +), clients are asked to supply their own paper or there are charges as detailed below:

Black & White: 10c per single sheet, 20c per double-sided sheet
Colour: 20c per single sheet, 40c per double-sided sheet
