Q. Does the LKC help with creating surveys?

No, the LKC team does not help staff to create surveys.

For new surveys, questionnaires and forms:

CHHHS CFO and ICT team have endorsed MS Forms software available with MS Office 365 as the preferred tool.

• It is available, without additional costs, to all QH staff via your login
• For help regarding process, see CHHHS Forms user guides (copies attached)
• For help in how to construct an online survey or questionnaire, see MS online Forms Help
• Because Forms is part of the QH MS Office suite within the QH network, data security and privacy risks are lower

The LKC staff do not provide direct assistance or software support for creating surveys.

Resources may be available for borrowing to assist - search the LKC catalogue (links below).

Other Queensland Health staff should contact their local QH Library or eHealth Queensland for further assistance with online surveys.
