LKC online systems have undergone information security risk assessments at the time of procurement.

LKC collects your personal information to enable the borrowing of resources, for us to provide you with services and updates when changes happen; as well as for promotional purposes.

Our websites collect your information for the purpose of monitoring usage.

We won't disclose your personal information to others. There may be some cases where we will need to share information with your line manager, Executive Directors or Human Resource representatives - for example, when you do not respond to our requests to return borrowed resources.

We comply with both the Information Privacy Act 2009 and the Right to Information Act 2009 (Queensland Legislation).
