Q. Are staff able to promote services and events on the LKC television?

LKC clients and CHHHS staff may apply to the LKC to display promotional material on the LKC television. This television is in a prominent position in the main client area of the library, and is seen by between 100 and 200 LKC clients (including staff and students) daily.

Guidelines for inclusion are as follows:

• There is to be no cost for the event or service being promoted
• The event or service being promoted must be related to CHHHS or JCU business
• Clients wishing to display material on the television must create the material themselves
• Material must be created at a custom size of 3840 x 2160px, in a landscape orientation (the LKC recommends using Canva.com, a free online tool, to create materials)
