No. The LKC team does not provide training for Excel, Word or any other Microsoft or similar type products.

We do not provide training or detailed support for any other software programs that may be available via the Queensland Health network or on your personal devices.

If you require training for any software, we recommend that you discuss it with your line manager who may be able to organise specific training to meet your needs or they can raise it with Learning & Development.

LKC does provide library in-services (how to access LKC services) and training on how to access CKN, database (literature) searching and searching for evidence (evidence based products). We also provide basic Introduction to EndNote training.

Where possible we will assist clients in using these products, but we may also refer you to other resources when we are not able to provide in depth assistance.

LKC may be able to point you to online help tools or provide resources from our collection if you are unable to get assistance with specific software training.
