Document delivery/supply is a service where the LKC will obtain resources (journal articles, book chapters, etc) from internal or external sources on behalf of clients.

The LKC document delivery service is available to all eligible clients; including Cairns & Hinterland HHS and Torres & Cape HHS staff and JCU staff and students on placement at Cairns Hospital.

Whenever possible the LKC will try to obtain requested items from free sources. However, this is not always possible; if there is a cost, the LKC will notify you before proceeding.

If the request is related to personal / private use or study and it is not free, then you will be asked to pay for the item before it is ordered.
