Longer loans are not available from LKC.

The standard loan period is 3 weeks or 7 days for some specific items. You are able to renew your loans several times. We will also restart your loan after 3 renewals.

Long loans are not available for LKC resources because loans are easily renewable. This will ensure that if another client requires the same item, we can share the resources equitably. This is particularly the case for high demand, course texts.

If an item has a hold (a reservation), you will be asked to return it once it's due.

You cannot renew loans when other clients have already placed a hold on an item.

For clients in rural and remote areas, where delivery of resources takes longer, please contact LKC for assistance with your loans.

If you are having difficulties returning items, always contact LKC team for assistance.
