The LKC (Library) has 8 desktop computers that clients can use to access the Queensland Health network, email, applications, intranet and internet. All Hospital & Health Service employees and James Cook University (JCU) staff and medical or health students (with a Queensland Health network (Novell) login) may access computers.

Don't have a Novell login? Ask your line manager for network and email access. LKC cannot organise network access for you.

All QH staff and clients with QH Novell logins should automatically have Internet access.

Clients are able to use the computers for work and study purposes which take priority. Personal use is permitted as long as it is brief and infrequent.

HHS staff having difficulty accessing LKC computers during busy times should speak to library staff who will try to arrange access.
